imaging software comparison

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and i did search around on here and know this has been covered several times before and probably beaten to death so i appologize in advance! however i didn't find an answer to my question.
We have a company with around 70 employees and my boss has asked me to do some research on an imaging solution. Currently we used ghost 2003 and works pretty well.
however we are looking to find a solution that will allow us to eliminate a boot disc when we need to recover a system....essentially boot from the network if possible. (using PXE i'm assuming).
I have found that norton, acronis true image and drive image (i know has recently been purchased by symantec) all get pretty good reviews from people but couldnt find if any of them do what we need.
I am not as familiar with PXE but i need to be able to break down and compare each solution i find how they work with PXE. any help on this would be very much appreciated!!
thank you!
