Cleaners how good are they
Hi
Just a short time ago i was sat at my Dads PC using CCleaner and my Dad said (is that one of the best) my answer was (yes its widely used and works), and i got to thinking how good is CCleaner, i am not knocking CCleaner so my question is what in your opinion is a good PC Cleaner ?, any advice/input appreciated thank you Fizz .

CCleaner is recommend 'round here, and I've used it. However, I don't think that any one cleaner catches it all. For example, on my own box, I just dumped Nero 6 to install Nero 7. After the uninstall of 6, I ran four different cleaners (CCleaner was one) and they all caught something that the others didn't.

I agree with TwoRails.
I usually recommend CCleaner or, for the more tech inclined, RegCleaner. If you've already got a registry cleaner you're happy with then keep it.

thank you TwoRails and thank you pam123 i think i will download another cleaner to use as well as CCleaner hoping it will catch anything that is missed, thanks for your advice Fizz .
