Notepad that can cut anywhere?
What text editor (ala notepad) can you recommend that can cut a particular place. For example:
ITEMS Price CPU TBA Motherboard TBA Memory TBA Storage TBA Optical Storage TBA It can cut/delete only the ones under "ITEM" without the values under "Price" by selecting it using a mouse or anything else. Is there such a software available? |

Just use Excel. That's what I use when I'm specing a build. It even adds all your prices up for you, and adds price plus shipping, etc.

If a text editor, if you hold control and click on each word (usually a double click) that you want to remove, only those words will be selected. Then, delete them.
Excel is the way to go, it keeps it uniform with colums and as thefultonhow pointed out, it can do the math work for you. If you don't have excel, OpenOffice has a great (free) alternative, which even saves in excel format if you would like.
