opening a .indd file
I know the program is called "indesign" and its by Adobe. I have photoshop and illustrator but cant open it/them do i need to go buy in design or is there a way to open them to view them?
I "had" an employee who made files with it and I need to see them so if any one has a way to just view them that would be cool. I just need to view and print I dont need to edit or anything like that that a full blown program would only be able to do. maybe there is a "file viewer" program out there or something like that.

I would just grab the free trial version from the Adobe site.
A quick google search for Indesign viewer didn't show any standalone freeware viewer for it, just a lot of plugins for other graphic programs. There might be a viewer out there somewhere, but where I don't know.

I believe you have to have the software to open the file - even just to view it. You can download a 30 day trial from Adobe.
