High ping rates
Hi all,
I just recently re-installed Win XP Pro SP2 on my laptop (spec in signature). I installed Medal of Honor and the patch, but I am getting some serious ping issues. I can get to 250+ on servers where I was getting 40-50 the same day before I rebuilt my system. It's been like this for a couple days now, and I even tried disabling Windows XP firewall and my ping was still high. Any ideas? Thanks! Brandon

If everything is fine but the game it sounds like you missed an install of something.
Were there any other updates, not just game patches, that you might have overlooked? Something specific to the ethernet?

Try running the tweak test at dslreports.com - you may need to do some tweaks.
