Dban

Is anyone familiar with this untility app? If so, how do you fit it on a floppy please? The site d/l's a zip file which contains some files in which 1 is dban-1.0.6_i386.exe. I assume that is the file you are suppose to copy to floppy but it is 1.5 mb.

Any ideas on what I am suppose to do? I appreciate any help.

No, you run that EXE and it will create the floppy for you. You don't put it on a floppy.

You just stick it in the drive and reboot. Make sure that your BIOS is set to boot from floppy before your hard drive. From there, it is pretty intuitive. You pretty much select the drive you want to wipe and how many times you want to wipe it.

DBAN is on the Ultimate Boot CD if you already made one of those.
