open office pdf
does anyone know how i can control the pdf quality when exporting to pdf with open office?

What's going wrong?
I use the open source word processor AbiWord and PrimoPDF. When I have problems it's usually because I wasn't paying full attention to formatting the document in AbiWord and my goofs show up in the PDF.

nothing is wrong.
i'm using the portable edition and it works fine but i don't know how to control the quality settings (high/low). i was just wondering if there is a way to set the pdf output quality. |

i use OpenOffice.org 2.03 on Linux
file-->export as PDF --> (under Images) select: (a) Lossless for highest quality (b) Jpeg Quality and set it to a desired level you can also tone down the resolution via "Reduce Image Resolution" however im really not sure that option is in the portable version |

i don't see those options so i guess they're not available in the portable edition.
