Unhappy Keyboard

Hi Guys, I reinstalled XP due to a replacement of my hard drive. XP installed by default US keyboard layout, I am based in UK and would like a UK keyboard layout. Can anybody help,am sick of looking for the right keys. Thanks Oby

Send a message via ICQ to rave Send a message via AIM to rave Send a message via MSN to rave Send a message via Yahoo to rave
go to Control Panel ---> Region Options --> Languages --> Details --> Add the UK keyboard and apply it as default ( which should bold it) might have to restart to make this take effect. should be somewhere there. im not sure cause on Linux now.

I just make sure all the settings in Region and Language Options are set to UK.

And yes...you will need to do a restart.

If it doesn't work.. you can do it from Safe Mode

After booting > press F8 > choose Safe Mode
