Microsoft outlook 2003 attachment problem
Hi All
Need some help! I work for a company as a IT support techy. I have a problem where two users who recieve html files in the form of outlook attachments dont open. When I say this, I mean that on the outlook inbox it displays the paperclip whcih means it has an attachment, however when you open this there is no attachment. I know it has been attached, but it just disappers. Any Ideas??? Regards The Worm

Doesn't Outlook block attachments by default?
Have you checked their settings?

And check that the antivirus program's e-mail scanner isn't set up so that it is quarantining or blocking the attachments.
