Hi guys, I have a problem, I installed adobe pro 6 and ever since then each time I open a word document I will get this macro message asking me to disable it which of course I do. Is there any way to disable it permanently?
Again, I installed a programme, each time my xp boots I will see this error message (UNABLE TO OPEN THE FILE D:\CDMANIFEST.DAT) what is this and how can I correct it. Sorry to bother you all with all these problems. Thanks Oby |

What is the Macro that it is asking you to disable?
To cure the error message at start up...it looks like an invalid reference to the file in your computers registry. I would download ccleaner (Just google for it) and run the cleanup and registry cleanup features. That may solve the error message, give it a go and get back to us

It won't hurt to enable that macro - it's installed by Adobe so you have the PDF creation available from within Word.
Use msconfig to find that item in the startup and uncheck it. |
