Utorrent Error Message + Missing Drive
Recently I've had a little trouble with Utorrent.
Today I received the following message: "The File or Directory is corrupt and unreadable" After receiving the message I was unable to open any utorrent related folders. Interestingly, all the other non-utorrent folders on my drive were marked as corrupted and unreadable as well. I was using an external hard drive to save my torrent related data, and after I restarted my PC the external hard drive no longer appears in windows. Is my external hdd corrupted? Perhaps all I need to do is reinstall the drive? |

Well, I went ahead and reinstalled to fix the problem, but it was strange nonetheless. I'm just glad I wasn't using my C: drive for torrent related storage. Anyone know what happened?

Might want to pay a little more attention to what you are downloading - and it's time to do a malware scan.

You said it. I think I dodged a bullet here.
