removal tool
 can anybody tell me how to remove the hidden data removal tool that keeps popping up every time i open up my outlook express because it keeps telling me it failed to install and to retry installing and its getting a bit annoying

Can you tell us what version of Windows you are using and what antivirus and spyware/malware scanners you use?
