has anyone heard or tried out this software? i'm testing the trial edition for my company and seems to work really well. Has a lot of features i cant find on others out there. However i read one review that said that the programmer is in the Ukraine and support is out of Russia and no one speaks english and only support you can do is via email off the website. how is that possible if the website is all english??
any input would be great thanks!

ya that makes sense then i guess. so now my battle is do i go with the easier to use and more feature rich software with the difficult to reach support or the more cumbersome app with good support? lol
