Software to convert PPT to DVD

I am looking for a software package that will convert a PowerPoint presentation into a DVD compatiable format (VOB files). I have done some looking around and I found one software package for $99.00 however, there is no trail download.

If anyone knows of a trail or shareware software package I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Well I don't know what about you but I don't trust "free" progs.
I've never seen something worth and free .
Besides as far as I can see ppt2dvd converts ppt only to dvd. But "presentation to video converter" can make video and flash formats and also GIF. I think it's very useful for user. It doesn't need to search for some tools. ) It saves time and money I guess.

I have no problem at all with free software as long as it does what it's supposed to do and it doesn't install spyware. There is a LOT of good free software out there for all kinds of uses.

ppt2DVD that PAM123 pointed you to is not free. It is $99.95 shareware. You can try it for free. If you like it and wish to continue using it, you have to pay.

Download PPT2DVD 2.5.2 - Free Download from Shareware Connection Software Portal
http://www.sharewareconnection.com/d...-sharecon.html

It is a free trial version by which they mean you can use it for the next month before you have to buy it or uninstall it.

Software companies love people who don't trust freeware. That's how they make money. I'm not scared of freeware. A lot of it is good enough. They are usually simpler and don't have a lot of bloat.l

I ALWAYS search SF.net first for freestuff. There are some incredible open-source things that are way better then anything you pay for. Working on one of those products myself, we fill a niche that is totally unfilled by any other piece of software on the internet.

I urge you to give everything a chance, many times things like PHPBB, getID3(), PHP, etc are better than anything else. Considering most of the awesome things on the net are written in a "free" code....why not give it a try, that or don't trust these boards

why not? It's ppl like you and me that can make free tools. It's a smaller world than you think it is.
