Pls help install ' ELinks' text only browser.

I have downloaded all the files - dont see any setup etc among the
files I extracted. Want to put this text only browser on an old laptop
and see what it can do. Can someone help me get it running ?
See two screen shots.

As far as I can tell, ELinks is for Linux. I see that the homepage mentions it working with Windows, but I would guess that is through some kind of emulator or rewritten source file. From a link on the manual page: "ELinks is known to work on Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, IRIX, HPUX, Digital Unix, AIX, OS/2, BeOS and RISC OS. Port for Win32 is in state of beta testing."
