Hi everybody,
My operating system is WindowsXP Home SE2. In the section: ''Add & Remove'',''Currently installed programs and updates'', the following are listed: Java J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2 117 MB '' '' '' '' '' '' 4 118 MB '' '' '' '' '' '' 6 119 MB for a total of aprox. 330MB. and now I am being prodded to upgrade to Update 9. My question is: Do I still need all these heavy MB Updates? Could I delete(remove) Java J2SE off my computer and install the latest available J2SE ''Download'' from the WEB,or should I delete Updates 2 & 4 and upgrade 6 to Update 9? Or what should I do?
