any program

hi i wanted to know if u had a choice, which program would u get? i mean any program for your computer. programs that helps your computer stay healthy, strong and maintain good quality? what anti-virus would u get?what spyware-malware removal program would u get? doesn't have to be free. just name a list of programs that would be awesome for your computer?
these program can also be for gaming, etc.
