languages

hi i wanted to know if there is a software which is free and so you can see different languages? like im going to an Asian site but i cant understand whats there because its all in Æ÷¸£³ëÃ⿬ 3¹øÂ°Æí , etc.

Open up your Control Panel and click on "Regional and Language Options". Under the Language tab, check the box for "Install files for East Asian Languages", and click OK. You'll need your Windows disc.
