front page 2002 and word 2002

A couple of days ago I tried to download the sound add on for MS office in doing so I failed validation (It activated just fine almost a year ago) the web page said my office programs were not activated (Thats BULL) I tried to reactivate but my computer says they were all ready activated so I tried to uninstall then reinstall that did not work either I even called MS but they want $$$ because my office programs were past the end of life cycle now everything works OK it just bothers me that I can not reactivate my office programs or download add ons and yes I have the disks and CD keys I bought them about four years ago or so

My question is , Is there a reg key or something I can change so I can go throw the process of reactivation or is it stick the why it is

P.S I searched HIGH and LOW and the net with little luck to my so called problem and I have my anti-virus up to date and all MS updates installed up to date

here is screen shot of MS web page failing validation
