Easy Cleaner by Toniarts

I normally use Easy Cleaner to clean out un-necessary registry entries, and I never had any problem deleting everything it found. Today I ran it for "Un-necessary Files" and it found 1,419 files. Can I safely remove all of them ? I really do not want to look at each one. I probably would not know if I could delete them if I did look at each one. Thanks in advance for your replies, Mike

Maybe. The only problem I had with unnecessary files if I rename a file .old or something and really want to keep it. But other than that, I've had no problems.

I use Easycleaner all the time and I honestly think it does a better job than CCLeaner (just my opinion).
It is quite safe to delete all the files that the "Unnecessary file" scanner finds, these are generally temporary internet and installation files.
On no account use the duplicate file scanner and delete anything it finds, I have a customer who wiped out half his system files and ruined his Windows installation using it.
