Can I uninstall it?
Does anyone know what software uses "wibu-key". I want to uninstall but i dont if any programs are reliant on it. I know it is some wort of encryption key program but I don't remember what software installed it. TIA Google wasnt real helpful.

Looks like it can be incorporated in any number of programs. Try Googling "Wibu". I think you'll find some hints.
