Intellimover from 2002 ok?

Found an Intellimover PC to PC transfer app. that is new /unopened. Has anyone used this type of utility. Is it a safe, relatively hassle free kind of thing to use?

Transfer Files the Easy Way!
IntelliMover® lets you quickly and easily transfer files like e-mail, music, photos, files, folders, computer settings and more from one computer to another.

Looks harmless...Looks uncessary if the two pc's are networked.
