Short answer -you have to pay $16 for software. I've been working on this problem for days, searching every shareware site in the world. I have downloaded and tried many of them today.
If you 'select all/copy/paste ' from the address book all you are going to get is .vcf files which have all the details, which is no help. (Or too much help !) If you print them you get about 3 addresses per printed page. The cheapest software I can find is Emailaddressextractor from Mazepath.com. The shareware demo version extracts fine except that the addresses are altered and unuseable. There is no usable trial period. I paid by Paypal hours ago for the key- still waiting. Stay tuned. EDIT: PS. Welcome to pcmech ! EDIT 2 ! The no $oftware method- In OE- File>Export> address book>text file .csv> export>Browse>(find and select previously created empty FOLDER ) >Save> name the FILE and save. De select all boxes except 'email address" or as you wish. You must use' browse ' and decide where you are filing it, or its lost. File will open with Notepad. . I believe you misread the question, Parangles - it looks to me like the person wants to print out the message headers, not the address book.

Yep-How do I print a list of messages in a folder?
Yes, thanks. I save all my emails and put them into different folders. What I want to do is open a folder, such as "Andy" which will have all my emails to and from Andy and print out the list. I can read the list off the screen, but it is much easier to work off a printout.
