outlook express: printing message body with images

when trying to print and outlook express email I get "A RUNNTIME ERROR HAS OCURRED. DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG. LINE 2019 ERROR: UNSPECIFIED ERROR."

I open the email, (yes it has attachments. jpg) I go to file>print. then I get the error.

I'm trying to print the body of the email.

Windows XP / Outlook Express 6

My dad called me cause he couldn't print an email. He is getting a runntime error. So I tried to print one of mine. I get the same error. What gives?
