Outlook & Thunderbird

Is there a way to synchronize Thunderbird on my USB and Outlook on my home based desktop?

I am thinking about going with a BlackBerry is this is not able to be done.

Thanks for the input.

have you tried the link i gave you. if money is not an option, you could try subscribing to an IMAP account. that would solve your problem.
