MS Office 2003 Promotional Version?

Just purchased a new laptop, trying to find software for it. I have Office 2003 Pro on my other computers and would like to install the same on the laptop. I've been finding Office 2003 Pro for as little as $160.00, but they state that they have promotional labeling. I don't care as long as it comes with a key number. Is there any reasons why I shouldn't purchase a promotional version?

Do you need Professional? If you would be happy with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook only, go for this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832102528

No proof of eligibility required - and incidentally it's installable on 3 computers.

However, I do believe that you can install one of your Pro versions on the laptop - it's licensed and activatable on one desktop and one laptop at the same time.

And that still holds true for 2007- this taken from Excel's EULA

a. Licensed Device. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed device.
b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
