Educational Games / Apps for Kids
Hey everyone,
I build a computer for my neices recently, and it has Windows XP loaded on it. The girls (4 of them) range from ages 3-9 years old. I am looking for free/cheap computer games and applications that are educational or fun and geared toward that age group. Any suggestions? By the way, if you want to see pictures, check these out: http://www.derbydigital.com/princess ![]() Thanks a bunch, I know they will appreciate your insight!

Here's a few learn to type programs for kids (for obvious reasons) : http://www.kidsdomain.com/brain/computer/type.html
" Where in the world is Carmen Santiago ( also Sandiego which seems to have been a tv show as well as connected to the game) ?" is my first choice educational game for kids along with the "Where's Waldo ?" series. For fun get the Nancy Drew games as well as those Mario Brothers games. You'll have to ask the parents how they feel about the Barbie games.
