Absent from Add/Remove Programs list - how to uninstall?

I have recently installed the Nero 7 Premium; when i tried to use the update feature evrything looked to run smoothly, updates were found, i downloaded them and were installed.
After restarting my PC some icons with which you can launch the Nero applications disappeared! (apart from one application).
I checked in the Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs list and Nero was absent, also absent from the Start - All Programs list.
However from the Windows Explorer everything looked to be in place!

Obviously something went wrong.
My question is : how can you uninstall the program now so as you can install it again? Since you see nothing in the Add/Remove Programs list and is absent from the Start - All Programs list.
This can be generalised, how to uninstall a program which has been installed but for some reason doesn't show up anywhere?

If possible, reinstall it over the top and see if it then shows up. It may be listed under Ahead instead of Nero.

I did reinstalled it, now the icons appeared where they should be;
however the InCD application shows up in the Program Files - Nero, i can see its icon on the Taskbar but it doesn't show up in the Add/Remove Programs list.
I reinstalled it but still doesn't appear in the Add/Remove Programs list.
How can i uninstall it?
Anyhow this question can be generalised as i wrote in my post above. If it doesn't appear in the Add/Remove Programs list how can you remove a program?

I believe if you start the master Nero uninstall, you can selectively remove components. If not, just remove it from your startup and disable the InCD service, no real need to uninstall it.

This little application has helped me out on a few occasions with a stubborn program.

use the product setup program in nero 7:

start->all programs->nero 7->nero ProductSetup

click on left side panel picture named : "Setup" then click on "Modify" button on the right side.

then go from there....
