Problem with Turbo Tax Install
Hello folks,
My dad has this older Dell XPS, its a T450. Specs: Pentium III @ 450 MHz 320 MB of RAM 12 GB hard drive Running Windows 2000 with SP4 This was upgraded from 98SE a few months ago, I had some problems with the switch (no programs in the list) but I figured it out with the help of you all. Anyway, he had TurboTax installed on it before the switch, and when I go to install it the 2006 version, I get a pop-up saying that "An instance of Turbotax is already running" Now, I've been looking through the process list, and I don't see anything, and I've searched through the hard drive looking for another version, and I simply can't find it. Needless to say, I'm stumped. Any ideas? ![]() Nevermind: problem solved. Amazing what the Turbo Tax Support Site can do: http://support.turbotax.intuit.com/c...2A%2A&srn=bb2# Last edited by Obstacle2; 03-02-2007 at 09:09 PM. |
