Im tryin to make a newsletter / e-zine any programs that integrate word and pics?
Free or cheap would be best...
I heard quark express works but its expensive.
It would helpful if it kept track of subscribers...

Im going to the links right now, heres a overview of what im trying to do...

Send by email with the option to upgrade if it grows to were it would be worth mailing, printing cost..

I was going to go off websites, forums, blogs it would be free untill I can rack up subscribers and maybe advertisers...

I plan on printing a few up just to drop off at local record shops but mainly it would be a e-zine.

I started writing it in word and designed a cover with photoshop problem came when I wanted to write a review with pictures, I dont realy want to use photoshop for this..

Im a musician and thought I spend all this time promoting why dont a start a newsletter promoting independent artist.. They have the incenative to spread the word since it will involve them too you know?

There's a separate page for Windows downloads. The tarball you are looking at is for Linux.
