Excel Question

Went to change a custom header of a spreadsheet that had been created on my desktop the other day on my laptop and "page setup" or "view>header and footer" would not allow me to see the custom header/footer menu as I did not have a printer installed on the laptop.

Just wondered if there is a way to do this without a printer installed on the laptop.

You can try faking it.
Download an install a free pdf creator and designate that as your printer.
PrimoPDF is a one to try : http://www.primopdf.com/
