Screensavers - Install Required?
Can I simply copy a *.scr file from one XP PC to another PC's SYSTEM32 folder and have it function properly as a screensaver? Or are there some installation requirements.

You can copy wallpaper for desktops but screen savers need to be installed.
So if you have the original file that's what you need to transfer and then reinstall. Also be aware that many downloaded screen savers will stop functioning after a given time period if not updated from the web site.
