Are you looking for something like a calendar/appointments book with room for notes ?

I'm not trying to be a nitpicker, but that's the Palm Desktop software - not the Palm OS.

You are correct. The Palm OS is what is installed on the PDA. Palm Desktop is the software installed on a pc so the pda can be hotsync'd. Now, leave my nits alone - I can do my own pickin'!
