Microsoft Outlook

Can anyone tell me why I suddenly lost images in all my emails in Outlook 2003? Not only can I not see images in newly downloaded emails but old ones as well. I have had it installed for about a year and no problem. Now no images. I also do not get the option at the top to download pictures for the emails or to add to safe senders list. The only thing that has changed is I downloaded an update for zonealarm but the change took place even before the download was complete so the install hadn't even started yet. Any help would be great before I go digging through MS kb. TIA

Outlook 2003 can be configured to block all images.
Why updating ZA should have triggered that I can't say ( I use Thunderbird and updating ZA didn't change anything. ).
See if this is useful : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...CH063565651033

Thanx Pam but that option is not available to me. Normally I would see that when I get an email from an unknown or unsafe sender btu not on these. Funny thing is they are now visible. I just dont know what i cahnged to fix because I was changing settings and nothing happened then I had delayed reaction and there they were. Thanx for the response though.

The latest ZA update is causing all sorts of havoc to some users.
In particular it got a new add in spam filter.
When it works it's fine, when it doesn't it's major trouble.
Check this out : http://forums.zonealarm.com/zonelabs...essage.id=8241

On the other problems : http://forums.zonealarm.com/zonelabs...ard.id=Privacy

For now I would just go back to the previous version, the ZA folks are going to have to pull this one.
