Question un install not avaliable

i just installed xp on my pc and there is some things i dont want on it for example msn explorer and outlook express but when i go to add/remove programs its not there no matter what i do does any one know how to uninstall it?

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Look in the left panel at Add/Remove Windows Components. You should be able to remove them there.
