Sending e-mail issue with Outlook
I recently purchased a new computer for my wife and I migrated all her office apps over to her new machine. The old machine was a machine running XP and the new one is running Vista.
Here is what I am seeing. When trying to send e-mails I have been seeing an error that tells me that my e-mail address for the account is incorrect. If delete all the account data and then re-enter it then it will work however, for only as long as Outlook is still open. If I close it and then re-open it I get the same error. Is there something unique in Vista that I am not aware of or is this an Outlook quirk? Most likely it is operator error is my thinking. |

What version of Outlook?
How are you connecting, via POP, Exchange?
