USB Removable Flash Drive
I inherited an older HP Pavillion which works fine but when I inserted a Flash Drive in a USB port, it started to look for USB driver. The OS is Win98SE. Where can I get a driver for the USB Flash Drive? Since it does not have internet connection, I have to download the driver in this PC, copy it to a floppy, and then load it to the HP. Can do?

You'll have to search the usb driver maker's web site to see if they have a driver for 98. Many of the early released ones did. Not sure of the newer flash drives.
