making bootable CD using Nero Express 7 - how?

I'm trying to make a slipstreamed Windows XP CD that integrates SP2. I'm following the instructions here:

http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase...tream.asp#nero

Everything went as planned until the step of burning the bootable CD. My CD burning SW is Nero Express 7, which came with a DVD/CD that I recently bought. I don't see the option to create a bootable CD.

The Nero site says that making a bootable CD is one of the features of this SW, but it's not apparent to me how to use it. What am I missing?

If you have the slipstreamed file already saved as an ISO image, all you need to do is find the option in your burning software that says something like "Burn image to disk". The ISO file is an image and won't work or be bootable by simply burning it to the disk with normal data backup methods. So if you've already got your .iso file, find the option for burning an image to a disk and it should work. If your file isn't in the iso format and not compiled right, there's always an easier way with a little program called Autostreamer. You can download it HERE. I just used it a couple weeks ago, and all you need is your original XP disk, a service pack file, and burning software to burn the image to the disk. It compiles the whole slipstream for you. Really easy.

Thanks, I did find autostreamer and created the ISO that way, and then had no problem burining the ISO with Nero.

The directions that I was following show an older version of Nero that has the capacity to create the ISO from whatever set of files you want to make bootable. I just can't find that anywhere in the Nero Express 7 Essentials.

It's definitely easier than all the other ways I found. Seemed like everything else was "copy this here", "extract this file to here", "add this to your Windows share". Blah blah blah. And best of all, it's free.
