decent fast free defrag

could someone tell me a decent dfrag software i could use, and is the windows one any good?

The built in one is decent and already paid for

Might help if you mention your Operating System

Diskkepper Lite is a good freebie for XP.

on xp at mo ill just use the built in one thanks

Diskeeper lite is free, gives you a few more options than the standard windows one
