system 32 folder

When I start Windows XP, the system 32 folder pops up, and I can't get rid of it. I also get a message which says,"error loading Wild Tangent". I know Wild Tangent has something to do with games, and I probably deleted a folder containing the program. What can I do to fix these issues? Thanks!

If you deleted it instead of uninstalling it, it usually loads with AIM, that's your problem.
You may or may not be able to uninstall it using Add/Remove in Control Panel.
If so use this : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=290301

For future reference, do not delete programs uninstall them.
