Microsoft Excel Question
I'm using Excel on a PC (2002 Office Version I believe). Anyway, I have a spreadsheet with a bunch of color coded cells. I have another spreadsheet with a bunch of data I need entered into those color coded cells. Is there anyway to copy the text from one spreadsheet to the other spreadsheet with the color coded cells without erasing the background colors? At the moment when I use copy and paste it not only copies the text but overwrites the existing background color.

This should work. After you copy the data and are ready to paste it,
->right click->select "Paste Special" -> select "Values" -> "OK" |
