PDF writer
I need to change something on a PDF document. I do not have pdf writer and I do not want to purchase it to use this one time. Is there something else (freeware) I can use?

I believe you can download a trial of Adobe Acrobat (not just the reader, the full version that allows you to edit). Maybe that will be all you need to make the change. HTH

Take a look at cutepdf as well. And try foxit reader as your reader, it's great. What you do, is use foxit reader, type whatever you want into the pdf, and then instead of saving it, "print" it to a new file using primo or cute.
