Can you make 4 cd install program work on 1 DVD?
I have a program that needs 4 CDs for the installation. Can't I just copy the 4 CDs on to a DVD and save the time and trouble of having to insert and remove the CDs not to mention having to always keep track of the 4 CDs.
One of the CDs even needs to be in the drive for the program to run. It's crazy when you might be able to put them all on one DVD and save all the hassle. Does anyone know if that is possible? |

I have seen the instructions for a specific game that tells you how to put the files from each cd onto the dvd so it works but the original cd still has to be in the drive to play. As far as a generic way to do it you could try creating folders on the dvd for each cd and pointing the install program to each as you install.
