Create a recovery DVD
I have just rebuilt a friends PC and to save me time in the future i created a ghost image, having transferred this to a DVD i thought i would try and make it bootable with winimage. I have made it bootable to ghost but wanted to make it fully bootable without the user having to manually search for the ghost image on the disc. Anyone know of the correct switches i need to use in the autoexec.bat at the moment my last line reads just ghost.exe. My friends image is named PetePC.gho.

I think you might have to start from scratch with that disk but I'm not sure.
The guys over at Bart's forum specialize in creating "do it yourself" recovery/restore disk and can tell you what needs to be done : http://www.ubcd4win.com/forum/
