vb6 info/ help

ok so i wasn't sure were to put this thread
but were do you guys find out info in vb6 on how to figure out stuff i normall use microsoft
but what do you guys use

and other part to this is im working on tab control for a final and me and my teacher a stunned on how to figure this out on making a tab control for 2-3 accass charts on a data grid view i was able to make tab control for images but not charts so i was wondering you if you guys had any ideas or how to find the value of e for example (ByVal e As system.EventArgs.)

you wouldn't know how to find the value of E because once i find value of e i should be able to use the tab control properly

e, as in 2.71? I'm not sure if that's a mathamatical constant in VB6 like Pi (3.14) is. If it is, it'll be located in the math-related libraries.
