Microsoft Outlook 2007
Can I buy/upgrade only Microsoft Outlook 2007 without any other applications from Microsoft Office 2007?

You will probably have problems doing this. Word and Outlook are so tightly integrated now and Office 2007 is so much different that 2003 that you would most likely have problems. Updates would also be difficult since you would have different versions to keep updated.
