the best commercial software titles for windows

Can someone help me with a list og commercial software to do all types in windows.

It is basically like creating a list of free alternatives, but instead i am trying to create a list of commercial versions of software that do the same thing.

I shall begin, just please put down what ever you can think of, also just try and categorize it.

For example
office - Microsoft office 2007

Star Office, from Sun, is the commercial version of Open Office (which is freeware).
Corel Word Perfect Office X3 would be another commercial product.

sorry i mean the commercial versions of programs, as in the ones you buy from shops. And i am living in Australia, so i need to able to purchase it over here.

for example,

for photo's adobe photoshop,
for design, autocad

The Corel office is available in Australia (Check here to see for yourself : http://www.corel.com/sitemap.html) in a box from a store shelf.
Sun's Star Office is in the middle of a version switch, v6 to v8, so I'd skip that for now but when it's available it too is a commercial product that can be bought in stores in Australia.
