how to use the invisible web

ive read lots of information about it, but can someone point in a direction as to how to use the invisible web?

Eg if the information that you want is not on search engines, but is somewhere on the web, how do you find it, use the resource of the invisible web?

Hi i was again today seraching the pc mech website as it is a great source of information.

and i found an article on the inisible web which i want to know more about. Seen here: http://www.pcmech.com/article/google--the-internet/

it lists all types of things you can find without search engines that are part of the invisible net, but i couldnt find anything on how to actually find these sources when your looking for information, or better information on a specific topic.
