kid proof pc software, help
hello,
is there a software that could limit the amount of opened applications i.e. games? everyday 2 or 3 kids open several games simultaneously and they don't exit properly getting the computer to crash and hang up. Also, uninstalling these games would get me into family issues (sigh). wbr, |

There is no software out that will do that specifically but you may be able to rig something with Slysoft's Game Jackal : http://www.slysoft.com/en/gamejackal.html
That software, which basically makes it possible for you to run a game without the game disk in the drive has a parental feature that allows you to set limits to what games can be played, when and for how long. That should put a damper on th kids trying to open and play everything at once. It's got a 21 day trial period so you can test it out to see if it will work for you.

sorry but it doesn't work, they look for certain games that they already remember playing. ill just keep reminding them to close the game after they finish, im tired of keeping a close watch. anyway i still am very patient.
