Bootable CD
Is there any free software out there that i can boot off a cd on a system that has no OS? I've tried ultimate boot cd but it didn't seem to work.

How did you build your UBCD? It's an image file, so it needs to be burned as such.
You can also try UBCDforWindows, but I think you need a working copy of an OS in order to build that.
